Thank you Chosen team for the range of products. It's not as easy to shop from overseas because US Postal refuses to ship anything to Australia. We are therefore forced to pay high courier fees, which I'm sure is putting a lot of fans off - it's not a criticism of The Chosen by the way. However, because I have family in the USA, I can ship internally to them for when I next see them.
I wonder if you have plans to open a store in each major country in the future.

I had ordered a teal cap and 2 poster books for granddaughters for Christmas. They absolutely love The Chosen and can't wait to see season #3. The mug and tote bag for myself came fine, but the cap was missing and the beautiful poster books were damaged on the corners in shipping. I was really disappointed and debating what to do (I hate returning things). Then your email came expressing your desire that I be 100% satisfied with my order and really easy instructions to report what was wrong. The replacements came in time for Christmas with no problems!! Thank you so very much for your desire to do things right.
