I absolutely LOVE the music in this series, and have never heard an accurate, Jesus-centered soundtrack like it, ever! The intensity, the boldness and the culture in it is so respectful, honest and human, just like every other aspect of the show! I am actually mostly blind, but the instruments and musical cues designed for each character tell me who's onscreen even if it's a dark scene--Mary, the harp, Judas, coins, Simon Z's melody, and all the others. So to the composers, know that the thought you put into each character is appreciated and recognized! Oh, and whoever made the font bigger on season two's case, thank you! It was so much easier to read than season one's sleeve!
I did notice on YouTube Music, there are other tracks not on the CD--'Simon,' 'Andrew Is Upset,' 'Sermon Prep,' and 'Street Team.' Please add those to future versions of the CD if you can! All of it is so wonderful and I can't get enough!

We just loved the Christmas Music special when we watched Season 1 as well as the theme music for each episode of Seasons 1 and 2. We have not been disappointed. We also purchased the Study Guides for Seasons 1 and 2. They are excellent study guides and provide us with thoughtful insight as to what the characters may have felt during the time of Jesus and what led them to follow Him. I use to be an avid music connoisseur. But after encountering extremely difficult circumstances my passion for music has all but disappeared. What has remained in my mind is the ability to pick up high quality musical work. The soundtrack for The Chosen is such. I listen to Seasons 1 and 2 throughout my day and it reminds me of the lessons from the episodes and brings me comfort. The Holy Spirit is indeed involved in these soundtracks. Thank you, thank you for creating music that stands out on its own and does not come across cookie-cutter. But reflects the character's circumstances, their thoughts, and personalities. My favorite is #9. I can relate to that episode because I am a Krav Maga practitioner (self defense).

I am really enjoying this cd, it's great for meditation and focus on Jesus! My personal thought is that it would be great if there was some of the "voices" with the music, like I stated in my review of Season One CD.
